Profile

Peter is based in IBERS. He is currently Lecturer in Agri –Technology. He contributes to a number of distance learning modules including plant breeding, research methods and controlled environment agriculture through Bio-Innovation Wales. His research puts plants at the centre of the AgTech process, asking how they are influenced by the environmental conditions we create, and how they can be trained to produce high quality, nutritious products. It also sees every part of the plant and its environment as a resource to be used, recycled, or valorised.
