Can I still receive my DSA 1:1 support?
Yes, you can continue to receive your 1:1 support but the support will need to be carried out ‘remotely’ (audio/video call) rather than face-to-face. Please contact your support worker directly to arrange how best you would like to manage your remote support. In exceptional circumstances it may be possible to provide support via email. Please contact email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about your support that cannot be answered by your 1:1 support worker.
How do I arrange my DSA Needs Assessment?
If you have received your DSA Eligibility Letter and haven’t yet arranged your Needs Assessment appointment, you can contact the Accessibility Service to arrange an assessment by emailing email@example.com. We are currently unable to do face-to-face assessments but assessors will be able to arrange a video call assessment with you.
