I am continuing to live in University Accommodation, are there any changes to arrangements for the delivery of post?
Royal Mail and all major couriers continue to have access to all residential block doors (apart from Pentre Jane Morgan where they knock directly onto the house door).
Please be aware that you may experience delays in receiving your orders, especially for non-essential items.
I am no longer living in University Accommodation, what will happen to my post?
We would ask that any new post is re-directed to your current address, however we appreciate that some may have arrived after you vacated, especially for those who left at short notice. Our staff will be assessing the build-up of parcels within the entrance of Accommodation blocks and will consider, in due course, any requirement to store items centrally. Should this be the case, we will communicate this accordingly.
