Most enjoyable part of working at Aberystwyth University

Catherine really enjoys having a job that plays to her strengths with regard to being able to work as part of a team, allowing her to contribute her creative ideas, giving her the freedom to work in a hybrid fashion and also the opportunity to invest in her continuing professional development. She is currently studying for a professional qualification in Project Management and this opportunity demonstrates that the department is keen to invest in its staff and this, she finds, very encouraging.
