Campus Sports 2017
08 March 2017
Week 1 (24th - 28th July )
Week 2 (31st July - 4th August )
The children are divided into groups according to their age/or ability. They will be able to participate in five or six activities each day that have been selected to give a balanced programme. This all helps to create a warm, happy atmosphere where each child will receive group and individual tuition and make new friends.
Monday to Friday 9am-4pm (there will be 20 minutes at the start and at the end of each day allocated to registering and releasing the children).
Each child should bring his/her own packed lunch, including a drink. We provide a drink and biscuits for the morning and afternoon breaks. What's Needed?:
Lunch & a drink, a towel, spare sports kit, trainers and loads of energy!
The sporting facilities comprise of two large sports halls, an all weather pitch and extensive grass rugby, football, hockey and cricket pitches, a golf practise area, a swimming pool, nine tennis courts, three squash courts and a dance studio. All these facilities are on the Penglais Campus or Vicarage Fields.
By providing a balanced programme with plenty of variety, we cater for a wide range of abilities and include both those children who are sport enthusiasts and those who want to have fun whilst learning new skills. Campus Sports is a non-competitive non-residential week offering something for everyone.
