Active Monitoring

Mind offers a fantastic free support service called Active Monitoring. This service is available to those seeking support for concerns around wellbeing or mental health issues and to help with worries, however big or small. The project covers:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Self-esteem
  • Stress
  • Feeling Alone
  • Managing Anger
  • Grief and loss

Active Monitoring is a free, six-week, guided self-help programme to help you better understand yourself and be more in control of your feelings. That means providing you with all the tips and tools you’ll need to understand yourself better. You will be supported throughout the course with regular phone calls and check ins.
