Regulating Emotions

We are human and we naturally experience a range of emotions.  Sometimes our emotions can take over, changing the way we think and behave, which can have a negative effect on our lives, the relationships we have and the things we want to do.  This presentation will allow you learn about why emotions are helpful and how they can be unhelpful and skills in taking control of any unruly emotions.
