Our HR team are an important part of the University’s delivery of its Strategic Plan to 2023 https://www.aber.ac.uk/en/strategicplan/

Our aim is to ensure that managers at all levels are properly equipped to get the best from our staff and in return we provide terms, conditions and benefits which make the University an attractive place to work.  In all our work we embrace positive working relationships recognised trade unions.

We will shortly be developing a new People Strategy and action plan.  These will be aligned to the Strategic Plan with a focus on administrative efficiency alongside initiatives which maximise our staff contribution to the University.  Customer service and continuous improvement will remain high priorities for our team and we welcome feedback on our services at any time.
