Student Wellbeing

The aim of the Student Wellbeing Service is to ensure that health and wellbeing are integral to everyday life for Aberystwyth students.

We work with students using solution-focused techniques to build resilience and develop a toolkit of skills to help effectively manage wellbeing issues relating to university life and beyond.

If further support through our service is advised then we can offer short term support for university related issues with one of our Counsellors or Specialist Mental Health practitioners. Our Service does not duplicate statutory services (NHS) but facilitate support pathways to appropriate statutory services where necessary.
