Academic issues face to face support
The Student Helpdesks will be open from 20th September 2021.
They are located in:
- Edward Llwyd Building: Ground floor, reception
- Hugh Owen Building: Level D, meeting room
- Llandinam Building: Ground floor, reception
Opening times are:
Monday 9am until 5pm
Tuesday 9am until 5pm
Wednesday 9am until 5pm
Thursday 9am until 5pm
Friday 9am until 4.30pm
Llanbadarn Campus: A free help-phone is available in the Rheidol Building. This will connect you to one of our staffed offices for support.
