ESN Aberystwyth Erasmus+ and International Exchange Society

The Aberystwyth University Erasmus Society was founded in 2013 by a group of students who had returned from their studies abroad. They decided to set up the society so that they could share their experiences and pass on their advice to future students. In addition, they wanted to establish a network for Aberystwyth Erasmus students of past, present, and future, but also for all incoming Erasmus students from across Europe.

If you are interested in participating in the Erasmus Programme as an outgoing or incoming student and want to ask questions or hear from those in the society, then visit them on facebook, or contact them directly:

Starting now, the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year, the society will be posting monthly updates here.

Semester Two Welcome Activities

May Events and Goodbye

The society did not run many events in May, since we were busy with exam preparation and final assignments. We did enjoy an end-of-year meal at Y Consti restaurant, on top of Constitution Hill. Society members also took part in a more casual get-together in the form of a bonfire and barbeque on Aberystwyth’s South Beach. Both were opportunities to appreciate the beautiful sea and sunset.

The society has elected a new committee for next year, and we’re sure that they’ll do a great job! We would like to thank this year’s committee for their hard work and to thank members for attending our events. We hope that you’ve enjoyed your time here in Aberystwyth. Hopefully, we’ll run into each other again someday, but in any case, good luck with the rest of your studies and with whatever you choose to do afterwards!
