The UK and Welsh Governments have confirmed that EU students commencing their studies in the academic year 2021/22 will no longer be eligible for home fees status. Fees for EU students will therefore be charged in line with international fees from 2021/22 onwards.
This will not apply to Irish nationals living in the UK and Ireland whose right to study and to access benefits and services will be preserved on a reciprocal basis for UK and Irish nationals under the Common Travel Area arrangement. These increases would also apply for the proportional fees charged for Year Abroad and Year in Industry.
For further information on Home UK / EU Undergraduate tuition fees (including part-time, repeat, and other ad-hoc fees), please contact The Fees & Cash Office on (01970) 628434 or fees@aber.ac.uk |

Student Profiles
Ilze Skujiņa (BSc Equine Science, MPhil Population Genetics, PHD in Mitochondrial DNA and Longevity in Birds) "My favorite thing about Aber is being so close to nature, it means I spent most of my spare time riding my horse in the welsh mountains, camping by the lakes or having barbeques on the beach with my friends. The thing I will miss the most about Aberystwyth is all the friends I’ve made here." |
