Facilitated staff meetings - Health and Wellbeing Survey

At the recent Staff Forum Meetings Susan Chambers, Director of HR,  outlined the next steps in analysing the raw data gathered in the staff Health and Wellbeing Survey undertaken between February and March 2015. One of these steps involves inviting staff to consider the raw data and provide feedback to form a Health and Wellbeing Action Plan to take forward the key themes identified in the data.

The sessions will entail group work looking at a cluster of the questions and answers and identifying recommendations for improvement or development of initiatives to form our health and wellbeing strategy for 2015/2016.
