Brief description
This module is designed to give a detailed understanding of the key financial decisions facing firms' directors and managers. On completion of the module students should have a detailed understanding of the theoretical and empirical literature dealing with the capital structure and dividend policy debates; the purchase (borrow) versus leasing policy and the market for corporate control.
