On completion of this module, students will be able to

Brief description

This core module will introduce students to the relations between politics, people and place. It will explore how politics are constructed and practiced through places; how place-specific identitities inform political movements; how place shapes political processes, voting patterns and power structures; and how the definition, development and regulation of places are contested through political action.
