This module enables students to advise and assist clients in the field of Advanced Commercial Law. The module is designed to ensure that the student appreciates the needs of the business client in both contentious and non contentious matters. The module will be delivered in an interactive manner and the students will be taken through commercial contracts and their enforcement, the needs of the business environment and the impact of competition law.
