Protein expression was confirmed using SDS-PAGE gel:

Marker (M) used in this procedure was from BIO-RAD cat. No.161-0318
	
 YGL202W - loading on gel 10 µl of each step. Elution steps are marked
 as (E1-E5). Protein (94 kDa) is present in E1 and E2. Fraction E2 was
 used for assays.

 YER152C - loading on gel 10 µl of each step. Elution steps are marked
 as (E1-E5). Protein (87 kDa) is present in E1 and E2. Fraction E2 was
 used for assays.

 YJL060W - loading on gel 10 µl of each step. Elution steps are marked
 as (E1-E5). Protein (88 kDa) is present in E1 and E2, but very
 difficult to see that on the pictures as bands are not very
 strong. Fraction E1 was used for assays.

 YDL168W - loading on gel 10 µl of each step. Elution steps are marked
 as (E1-E5). Protein (79 kDa) is present in E2, but very difficult to
 see in the Figure as the band (marked up in the circle) was very
 weak. Fraction E2 was used for assays.
