For those customers, wanting to have their computer repaired, who do not have a maintenance contract with Information Services our charges are as follows:

Equipment owned by Aberystwyth University	£35.00
Equipment owned by Aberystwyth University staff or students	£42.00 (incl VAT)
External customers	£48.00 (incl VAT)

Complete transfer of contents of one hard disc to another	£20.00 (incl VAT)
Bespoke transfer of data from one machine to another	Charged by the hour at the hourly rate shown above
