Refunds

You can ask for a refund of printing/photocopying credit if:

• you are about to leave Aberystwyth University and you have unused printing/photocopying credit on your account
• you paid for credit online using your credit/debit card and it has not been credited to your email account (you will need to produce the email confirming your payment)
  (You must have used your own credit or debit card)

Sums up to £10 will be refunded as cash, greater sums by cheque through the post.
