About Psychology
In response to a fast changing academic world and to meet the demands of today's undergraduates, Psychology is the newest addition to Aberystwyth University's portfolio of degree schemes. Established in 2008, Psychology offers a single honours and several joint honours schemes that compliment and build on the strengths of existing departments. Our popular degree schemes benefit from a firm grounding in the fundamentals of psychology and enhanced by a strong emphasis in psychology's real world applications. We aim to produce graduates that are employable, as well as creative thinkers who can apply their analytical skills to wide range of situations whether in psychology, other disciplines, or the work place.
