Aerobics
Aerobics is a great way to get fit - enjoy the easy to follow movements to motivating music - our enthusiastic instructors will lead you through warmup before building the intensity of the class with rhythmic moves like step and touch, grapevines, knee lifts, squats, jacks......until you are sweating, enjoying and feeling great - release your stress, have a laugh and get fit!
To complete the all-over workout, you will then be taught how to tone and strengthen your stomach, thighs and bum. Gentle stretching and relaxation at the end of the session will leave you feeling refreshed, re-vitalised and ready to face anything.

Dance based workout, to make you sweat without realising it! Get some great fat burning qualities with a bit of syncopated beat, some wiggle, and Beyonce dance moves and strut your stuff for a great lunchtime workout - a girls night out without a hangover....
