Aerobics
Aerobics is a great way to get fit - enjoy the easy to follow movements to motivating music - our enthusiastic instructors will lead you through warmup before building the intensity of the class with rhythmic moves like step and touch, grapevines, knee lifts, squats, jacks......until you are sweating, enjoying and feeling great - release your stress, have a laugh and get fit!
To complete the all-over workout, you will then be taught how to tone and strengthen your stomach, thighs and bum. Gentle stretching and relaxation at the end of the session will leave you feeling refreshed, re-vitalised and ready to face anything.

Disco Diva
Take an aerobics class, with its great fat burning qualities, add a bit of syncopated beat, some wiggle, and Beyonce dance moves and strut your stuff for a great lunchtime workout - a girls night out without a hangover....

Aero Tone
A great aerobic warmup followed by standing toning work for your legs and upper arms using light dumbells, and then some serious conditioning on the mats to finish off with. An all overworkout!
