Core Stability
As more and more people are realising, being fit is not only about working out in the gym, but also working the deeper muscles to improve posture.
This class will go through many of the different kinds of exercises that will help you flatten your stomach, improve your back strength and posture. It is helpful to beginners as well as advanced.
