Legs, Tums and Bums
If tone is what you want, then this is the class you need. Concentrated work on those "problem" areas to bring increased tone, shape and definition to your body.
Work that body to get a flatter stomach, tighter thighs and a pert behind. No sweating, no fancy moves, just pure conditioning.
