Runfit

Runfit is designed to improve your running potential.

Spread out over 10 weeks, there will be 8 specific fitness endurance sessions tailored for a mixed ability class. There will be on-going email support for all class members who sign up for the whole course.

Whether you are a complete beginner, are fairly new to running or a seasoned participant looking to achieve a new personal best time over 5K then come along to these sessions.  

Mixed abilities - All welcome

  • Wednesday:  5- 6pm, Sports Centre with Bridget James

  • 7th March - 9th May - with optional entry to Race for Life on May 13th 2012

  • SC Members - £25, £30 for everyone else

  • Pay as you go - normal FT Rates, but no email support.

  •  No sessions on 4th and 11th Apri
