Step & Tone
Step is a great cardio workout with an approximate 500 calorie burn in an hour and toning all in one. Step and Tone is split into a warm up, then about 20 minutes of cardio routine followed by 15 minutes of toning for the upper body, arms, shoulders, legs, thighs and bum, then more cardio and cool down with abs. You will get a fab all over workout that gives you good fat burning and good toning all in one go. The choreography is broken down and options are given for beginners and advanced steppers.
