Yoga for All and Power Yoga

Yoga can help you work towards feeling healthier. happier and more relaxed.

Power Yoga combines the traditional moves of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga for a quick blast that will envigorate you for the weekend.

At 5.00pm, a more relaxed session of Hatha Yoga with emphasis on personal achievement of postures.

Both classes are aimed at a mixed ability group - so is suitable for both beginners and the more experienced practitioner.

  • Friday: Power Yoga - 4:00pm - 5:00pm,
  • Friday - Yoga for all
  • Both classes will be held in the Dance Room with Polly Clarke
