Classes Timetable

Welcome to the biggest and best set of Group Exercise and Group Cycling classes in the area. We have class on throughout the day and even on the weekend, so you can pick and chose to suit your lifestyle. 

The classes are open to everyone and you don't have to be a member, so you can just turn up and pay on the door if you wish. Best to book a bike if you really want to go to a class :)

All classes will be free to students from the 21st September - 1st October 2018 as part of our "Big Welcome"

Don't forget to introduce yourself to the instructor if you are new to the class so that they can give you tips and advice on how to get the most out of the session.
