Changing your Study Scheme or Modules

Should you wish to change any part of your Study Scheme - Module, Degree, or Faculty - you must report this immediately on a Change of Registration Form which you can obtain from :

Failure to report any changes may lead to you being entered for assessment in the wrong modules and subsequently being unable to complete your studies in any one session.

After obtaining all the signatures relevant to your change and being sure you sign and date the form yourself, you should return the completed form either to the Deans' Office or the Academic Office.

You will require the Deans' signature on the form for any of the following changes:

  • any change to your study scheme after 4 weeks of the session for all students.
  • any change to a module after 4 weeks of the semester for Part One students.
  • any change to a module after 3 weeks of the semester for Part Two students.
