Deposits & Fees

If your application is successful, you will be required to pay a deposit for your course.  This deposit secures your place on the course and your accommodation (if you have requested accommodation).

All students must pay the full tuition and accommodation fee before starting their course, or on the first day of the course.

Cancellations & Withdrawals

Once received, deposits will only be refunded if your visa is refused.  You must send us evidence of this within two weeks of the date of your visa refusal.  Refunds will be issued only to the person who paid the fees.  A £150 administration fee will be charged.  However, if the reason for your visa refusal is that forged documents or false information were submitted, no refund will be given and the offer of study will be withdrawn.

All students must pay the full tuition fee before starting their course.  If you cancel or withdraw from your course, your deposit is non-refundable.

In addition:

If you withdraw from, or cancel, your course more that 28 days before the course starts, we will refund 50% of your course fee if you have paid in full.  Your deposit will not be refunded.

If you withdraw from, or cancel, your course less than 28 days before the course starts, no refund will be given.

Any refunds are made at the discretion of the University, whose decision is final.
