Teaching Areas
Since joining Aberystwyth University, Dr Rahman has been involved in developing and teaching undergraduate modules in quantitative research methods and bio-psychological approaches to human behaviour.
Research
Dr Rahman's primary interests are in motivation and behaviour change in health and exercise psychology and has also been working as research officer on the ‘Ceredigion Exercise Schemes' examining patients efficacy in improving both psychological well-being outcomes and modifiable risk factors of coronary heart disease.
