Sir Jeremy Greenstock delivered the second annual lecture in Aberystwyth on 24 April 2006. The lecture was introduced by Professor Aled G. Jones and Mr Peter Unwin, a former Director of the DDMI.

‘Globalisation or Polarisation: Where are we heading?' was published by International Relations in March 2007 (Vol. 21, #1, pp. 103-110) and is available to download here via SAGE.
