PreciseDeletion

Here we provide information about the precise deletion of genes in S. cerevisiae. By "precise deletion" we mean a deletion that leaves behind no markers, and removes the entire ORF. The work is described in our paper A tool for multiple targeted genome deletions that is precise, scar-free, and suitable for automation, currently in preparation/submission (see also the supplementary information).

We provide a web-accessible database of the primers that are required for each gene. On that page, we also provide the entire database for download, as CSV or as a MySQL dump, along with a diagram of the schema, and the MySQL table creation script.
