Academy Mini Conference

The Mini Conference is a smaller version of our Annual Learning and Teaching Conference which allows us to pull together a series of presentations and workshops around a particular learning and teaching topic. 

If you would like a mini conference to focus on a particular topic then please get in touch (elearning@aber.ac.uk).

Generative AI

The next Mini-Conference will be held Thursday 18th December 2025. This Mini-Con will be focusing on Generative AI in Learning and Teaching, and are interested in sessions around the following themes:

  • Embedding generative AI skills in the curriculum 
  • Generative AI as an employability skill
  • Generative AI use in assessment
  • Generative AI and maintaining academic integrity
  • Generative AI for learning activities

The Call for Proposals has now closed for the new Mini-Conference.
