Reflective Journey (1000 words)
This will be on the basis of patchwork text. The student will show how over time they have developed their learning and teaching skills through self-analysis, CPD sessions (12 hours) and reflection on their teaching and support the learning of others. Engagement with the literature should also be interwoven into the written piece.
Peer Observations of teaching (200 words x 3)
The student will be observed once by their mentor, once by a colleague on the programme and once by the TPAU programme team.
