Brief description

This module begins by identifying and characterising grassland communities and key forage species, before exploring the factors that influence pasture composition and management practices and how an ecosystem services approach can be incorporated into pastoral agriculture.

Content

Through a series of online lectures, guided reading and quizzes, students will explore:
Grassland communities and key forage species.
Factors that influence pasture composition and management practices.
Incorporating ecosystem services approaches into pastoral agriculture.
