Brief description
This module will provide an introduction to grassland management challenges in a changing environment. It will focus on common soil problems and remediation options; and potential management options for, the most prevalent pasture pests and diseases.
Content
Through a series of online lectures, guided reading and quizzes, students will explore:
- The greatest challenges faced by pastoral agricultural systems in a changing environment.
- The most common soil problems and remediation options.
- Potential management options for the most prevalent pasture pests and diseases.
