The Union building comprises of three rooms; each having their own unique facilities, ambience and dimensions, together with bar provision. The Union team have significant experience in organising and delivering a variety of projects from workshops and talent shows to staff parties and max-capacity music events.

VETHUB¹ is a £4.2m EU-backed Innovation Cluster providing Secure Facilities to study Animal and Human Pathogens. Set in the heart of the Aberystwyth University campus with access to world leading academic expertise and state of the art laboratory equipment.

Hire of private meeting room / video conference suite: 33m2

Fully furnished with a PC, large, wall-mounted monitor (with video conference smart sound bar and camera) and boardroom table and chairs, (maximum occupancy: 8)

Refreshments for meetings can be ordered on request.

Flexible Business Space/ Hot desk suite: 31m2.

Clients will also have the option of renting a shared, access controlled, flexible business space.

Facilities include: hotdesking spaces, a small meeting table, a Nespresso coffee machine for client and visitor use.

All desks have desktop PCs, mouse, keyboard, two monitors, desk telephone, office chairs, USB desk lamps. Standing desks

are also available.

Exclusive use can be negotiated.

• Cloakroom – there is a coat stand available with enough hangers for 60 coats to be stored 
• Sockets are available for laptops on the wall by the fire exit, in the floor area by the main screen and along the windows behind the sofas 
• Toilets are located on the ground floor of the Visualisation Centre 
• Please ensure that you switch off the lights when you leave
