Happy New Year to you ALL! We hope that you have had a great Christmas and are looking forward to coming back to the Sports Centre for your health and fitness blast! Classes start back on the 5th Jan, with out Fit & Well Event starting on 7th Jan. Please feel free to come and join in some of sessions. Just turn up about 10 minutes before the class and pay for your ticket at reception. Don't forget to give your ticket to the instructor and say hello :).

If you enjoy coming to our sessions, why not think about taking out a Gold Card? Gold Cards allow you to take part in any of the classes listed below for a monthly fee. You don't have to be a member to get a FT Gold Card and the cost per month is £24.16 - yes, that is ONLY just over £6 per week for as many classes as you like! With one class costing £4, it is a great bargin for our regular users. If you are already a member, then the cost is £14.70 per month - for more information on Gold Cards, or how to become a member, please call into the Membership Office or phone to speak to someone on 01970 621500. We will also be able to answer your queries by email at sports@aber.ac.uk .
