Hatha Yoga

The word "Hatha" means training the mind and body to fitness through different stages of life. Hatha Yoga teaches us to focus on the presence of working moment to moment and consists of the postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama).

This form of yoga is one of the oldest systems of exercise known and can trace its roots back many thousands of years.

Yoga practice increases your strength and flexibility and improves concentration.

  • Monday: 2pm - 3.30pm, Dance Room with Richard Adamo
  • Monday: 7pm - 8.30pm, Dance Room with Richard Adamo
  • Friday: 4-5pm - combined with some more Dynamic Yoga postures - Dance Room with Polly
