An invitation for new students

03 September 2013

A reception for students who speak Welsh.

Freshers’ Weekend and Welcome Week will be very busy! To help you survive, the University’s Branch of the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol will hold a special reception to welcome students who speak Welsh. This will be an ideal opportunity to meet new friends and to have an informal chat with staff who teach through the medium of Welsh. There will be plenty of information available about opportunities to study through the medium of Welsh, enrolling as members of the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol, working and socialising through the medium of Welsh in Aber and much more.

When?                 Sunday, 22 September 2013

Time                      2.30pm

Place                     International Politics Hall, Penglais Campus

The UMCA President and her team will bring students from Pantycelyn Hall, but if you’ll be arriving from elsewhere you’ll find us on campus in the International Politics Building opposite the stairs which lead to the Arts Centre. There are plenty of signs or ask for directions.

There will be a warm welcome for Welsh learners also.

We look forward to welcoming you.
