The Department of English & Creative Writing is part of the Institute of Arts and Humanities (IAH). So, alongside our discipline-specific degree programmes, students also benefit from belonging to a culturally rich, interdisciplinary environment that is home to specialists in Education, Modern Languages, Fine Art and Art History, Welsh and Celtic Studies and Theatre, Film and Television Studies.
Our exciting and work place relevant degree schemes are highly regarded by both students and employers. Just this year an incredible 95.4% of our graduates were in employment or further study 6 months after graduation (HESA 2017).
