Changes to Video Conferencing

Information Services will be moving to Skype for Business for Video Conferencing from September 2019.

Skype for Business will be installed on all PCs in centrally timetabled teaching rooms, libraries and computer rooms during the summer vacation. 

The video conferencing suite in Cledwyn will be upgraded and converted for use with Skype for Business.

A number of rooms across campus will be provided with Video Conferencing equipment.

Two types of training sessions will be offered on using Skype for Business:

1. Using Skype for Business for Meeting Organisers
2. Using Skype for Business for Learning and Teaching Activities
