Digital Discovery Tool
What is it?
The Digital Discovery Tool (DDT) is a resource supported by Jisc which enables users to check their proficiency and confidence in six different areas of digital skills. The tool consists of a series of questions that takes around 25 mins to complete. From there users will be given a personalised report which will outline their current confidence and proficiencies in digital skills, as well as guidance on what they can do to develop further.
The tool can be used multiple times so users will be able to track their progress and see tangible results of how they have improved during their time at Aberystwyth University.
Who is it for?
The Digital Discovery Tool is for all staff and students at Aberystwyth University. The DDT has different question sets tailored to help you identify what skills you need and how to build your confidence in using digital technologies in your everyday life.
