Library activities for new students

Each tour lasts up to 30 minutes and is designed to

• welcome you to your library and help you find your way round
• briefly introduce you to facilities and services based in the Hugh Owen Library
• ensure you know where to find help and support

All new students should attend one tour.

Please meet on Level D (main entrance level) of the Hugh Owen Library for your library tour.
Please arrive 10 mins before the start time of the tour that you have chosen to attend.

Library tours: What to Expect

An online tour of the Hugh Owen Library is available to view at any time

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students living in Halls of Residence will receive their Aber Card when checking in to their accommodation.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate students in private accommodation can collect their Aber Card from the Hugh Owen Library during our opening hours
