Equality Reports

As a University, we aim to foster an inclusive environment for all, with a culture of openness and respect in which barriers are identified and removed. It is both a requirement and good practice to understand the composition of our staff and student community so that issues of under-representation can be identified with aim to address any disparities.

These reports provide data for an evidence-based approach to equality, and to help prioritise future actions and targeted programmes to create an environment which is free from discrimination.
