Specialist in Plant and Crop Sciences and passionate about projects which challenge environmental and climate change problems. My PhD in Plant Sciences from Aberystwyth University, focused on the analysis of genetic and environmental factors affecting yield and grain quality of oats, Also, highly skilled in biochemical analysis of nutritional composition, protein quality and global metabolomic profiling. I have conducted extensive research on the impact of abiotic conditions on root growth, effects of advanced glycation products on neuroblastoma culture, and I am qualified as a Mass Spectrometry and Human Chemistry Technician. I have as well an MSc in Biological Analysis and Clinical Diagnosis.
