Marty manages the development and delivery of IBERS’ Distance Learning programmes. She has over 20 years’ experience of successfully developing new, and growing existing projects. Her educational background and most of her career have been in the agri-environmental sector, covering education, advice and research. She has also spent 10 years managing and fundraising for substance misuse/mental health services.
