Alençon

I spent my year abroad in both France and Spain. I applied for the British assistantship in France so I worked there for 7 months. It was absolutely amazing. I met a wide group of people, from students to colleagues to other foreign assistants as well as the locals. It was an unforgettable experience and I did not want to leave. Everybody in my town was friendly and as well as working in the schools I managed to get a few tutoring jobs on the side earning a few extra pennies for the social side of things.

The entire year was amazing and I wish I did not have to come back to reality.
