Recognition for Old College construction company

The principal contractor on the Old College project has been recognised at a major UK construction industry awards ceremony.

Andrew Scott Ltd was presented with Bronze awards at the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards 2025 which were held in Manchester in April.

Renowned for its conservation and heritage work, the company received the awards for their work on the Old College and four other projects in recognition of the efforts they have made to be the most considerate neighbours.

They awards also recognise companies that are creating value in the communities surrounding them, and those that are respectful of the public, the workforce and the environment.

As well as the Old College project, Andrew Scott Ltd was recognised was recognised for its work on Pembrokeshire Eco Park; Watton Mount, BreconGnoll Estate Country Park; and South Quay, Pembrokeshire.

The Old College project is supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, the Welsh Government and the European Regional Development Fund, UK Government, the Coastal Communities Fund, The National Lottery Community Fund, philanthropic trusts and individuals.
