European Green Deal call
What is the Green Deal?
Horizon 2020 has published the European Green Deal call under H2020 worth close to €1 billion.
The Call opened on the 22nd September and the closing date is end January 2021
The UK is eligible to apply and UK participants will continue to receive EU grant funding for the lifetime of individual Horizon 2020 projects, including projects finishing after the transition period ends at the end of 2020. UK scientists, researchers and businesses can continue to participate in and lead Horizon 2020 projects and apply for Horizon 2020 grant funding.

Call area 8: Zero-pollution, toxic-free environment
Call area 9: Strengthening our knowledge in support of the European Green Deal
Call area 10: Empowering citizens for transition towards a climate neutral, sustainable Europe
The Calls offer opportunities for collaboration for researchers in both STEM and Social Sciences & Humanities.
